Rachel and Chad were married at the beautiful St. Thomas More Church in St. Paul.  The party then moved onto the Minnesota State Capitol for pictures where Rachel’s dress broke!  This did not affect the cool and calm bride one bit!  Afterwards it was off to 317 Rice for an exciting reception filled with delicious food and dancing.  Congratulations Rachel and Chad!!
